Orders and acceptance

An order is a request to purchase. We may accept, decline or cancel an order for reasons such as availability, payment authorization, suspected fraud, an incorrect price or product description, or a shipping restriction. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount charged.

Product information and natural variation

We work to present product descriptions, dimensions, weights, colors and images accurately. Screen settings, photography and production tolerances may create small differences.

Natural diamonds, gemstones and pearls may vary in color, shape, pattern and inclusions. These natural differences are not defects. Lab-created diamonds and gemstones are identified in the product description when applicable.

Prices, payment and taxes

Prices and availability may change before an order is confirmed, including when precious-metal or gemstone costs change. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout. If we discover a material pricing error, we will contact you before fulfillment or cancel and refund the order.

Retail accounts

Retail customers may shop as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for keeping account access information secure and for activity performed through your account.

Wholesale Accounts

Wholesale access is available only to businesses approved by Jewelmak. Applicants must provide accurate business and contact information and a valid Tax ID/EIN or other requested documentation. Approval may be reviewed, suspended or withdrawn if account information is inaccurate or the account is misused.

Approved wholesalers currently pay 30% of MSRP. The minimum opening order is $300, with no minimum for reorders. Wholesale prices, product availability, minimums and other terms may change. The terms shown in the approved wholesale account or confirmed for a specific order control that order.

Wholesale pricing is confidential and intended only for the approved business. Login credentials may not be shared outside that business. Payment is due according to the terms confirmed for the order.

Wholesale customers are responsible for lawful resale, accurate customer-facing descriptions, required taxes and compliance with rules that apply to their business. Jewelmak product names, copy, logos and images may not be copied or used outside the approved resale relationship without permission.

Wholesale returns are governed by the Wholesale Returns section of our Refund Policy. Custom work, special orders and other exceptions must be confirmed in writing.

Custom work, alterations and repairs

Custom, engraved, personalized, resized or otherwise altered items may require additional time and are generally final sale. Repair and alteration requests are reviewed individually. We will confirm available work, estimated timing and cost before beginning.

Shipping and returns

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Those policies are part of these terms.

Website use and intellectual property

The Jewelmak name, logos, photographs, designs, product copy and other website content belong to Jewelmak or its licensors. You may use the website for personal shopping or an approved business relationship, but may not copy, scrape, publish, sell, modify or misuse its content without permission.

Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful code or use the site for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to services operated by other companies, such as Shopify, payment providers, carriers or social platforms. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply when you use those services.

Text messages

If you opt in to Jewelmak text messages, message frequency may be daily or weekly. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Your carrier is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our responsibility

We aim to provide accurate information and dependable service. To the extent allowed by law, Jewelmak is not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses caused by website interruptions, third-party services, carrier delays or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in a court with proper jurisdiction in New York, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms as our website, services or legal requirements change. The current version will appear on this page with the updated date.
