Processing time

Most in-stock orders are prepared in 2–5 business days. Custom, altered, special-order or temporarily unavailable items may require more time. If timing changes significantly, we will contact you.

Jewelmak ships from two facilities in the United States. If items in one order are located in different facilities, we may send more than one package and will provide the available tracking information.

Shipping within the United States

Domestic orders are generally sent by UPS or FedEx. Available services, estimated transit times and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and may change after a package leaves our facility.

International shipping

International orders are generally sent by DHL or USPS. Available services and shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Import duties, taxes, customs charges and brokerage fees are determined by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Customs review may add delivery time.

Tracking and delivery

We will email tracking information when it becomes available. A signature may be required based on the order value, destination or carrier service.

Please check the shipping address carefully before placing your order. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. Once a carrier has accepted a package, an address change may not be possible and may create an additional charge.

Delays, missing packages and damaged deliveries

If tracking is delayed or a package appears to be missing, contact us and we will help you work with the carrier. Carrier delays, weather, customs and events outside our control may affect delivery timing.

If a package arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us promptly with photos of the package and item so we can review the situation.

Sales tax

Applicable U.S. sales tax is calculated at checkout when required. Approved resale or tax-exempt accounts must provide valid documentation before an exemption can be applied.
